Criteria for Refunds and Exchanges:

Every Nail Sets are made to order fully customized & personalized on demand and therefore they are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Change of mind is not entertained either.
Refund & Exchange for nails set can only be initiated based on legit queries and on evaluating the situation.

Only Accessories are eligible for refunds and returns within 5 days prior to purchase.

Shipping Costs:
Unless the product(s) being returned or exchanged are defective or damaged, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the items to Nail Barbie.
if you are eligible for a refund, the original shipping charges paid during the initial purchase will not be refunded.
